The villa consists of living room and open kitchen with dining-room, one double bedroom, and toilet on the ground floor, and three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The villa Anita is located 8 km from Porec city center, 6 km from beautiful and famous beaches of Plava and Zelena Laguna and 5 minutes from great restaurants by car. The closest grocery store is situated in Zbandaj, just 3 km far away from the village. The village is surrounded by greenary and bycicle paths and it is great for a peaceful vacation. Porec is a jewel of the west Istria and the Adriatic Sea. It offers bars, restaurants, shopps, cultural events, long history and all kind of sport activities. It is good for who enjoy active vacations.
