Private: property 250 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 6 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km.

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr schöner Lage. Auf direkten weg kommt man zu lidl,Kaufland,Müllermarkt u. Co.Trotz straßenseite sehr ruhig. Mit dem Hund kann man toll Spatzieren gehen.

Sehr schöne, großzügige Unterkunft

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool. Das Haus ist mit Kindern und/oder Haustier sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt ruhig, abseits der Stadt, Auto oder Fahrrad wird benötigt.

Fantastisch.

Alles is aanwezig is het huisje! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Woonkamer en slaapkamers is airco's aanwezig, erg prettig! Woonkamer is lekker ruim en een lekkere bank. De koekenpannen zijn wel toe aan vervanging, zit geen antiaanbaklaag meer op. Eigenaar van het huisje is goed bereikbaar en erg vriendelijk!!

Hochwertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Tolles, modernes Haus, voll klimatisiert mit anspruchsvoller Einrichtung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, im Abstellraum findet man alles, was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die bei Ankunft Kaltgetränke, Süßigkeiten, Wein und frische Blumen bereitgestellt hatten. Das kleine Dörfchen mit netten Menschen ist durchaus überschaubar. Nächster kleiner Supermarkt ist knapp 3 km entfernt. Alles in allem hatte ich eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Top neuwertige Villa mit schönem Garten mit Lavendel und vielen Schmetterlingen. Pool und Terrasse zur Straßenseite, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kl. Einschränkungen

Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Elektroarbeiten noch nicht vollständig fertiggestellt, was jedoch an Verzögerungen durch COVID-19 gelegen haben könnte (Beleuchtung). Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlte nicht an Ausstattung. Durch die niedrigen Mauern um das Grundstück und das durchschaubare Einfahrtstor konnten jedoch vorbeifahrende und vorbeigehende Personen beim Baden, Sonnen und beim Sitzen auf der Terrasse reinschauen. Die Entfernung zur Stadt Poreč beträgt nur 4km.
