This villa is a modern holiday home in Stranici, only 10 minutes by car from the nearest beach and from Porec. It is located on the edge of the village, on its own fully fenced garden of 1280 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 35m2 outdoor pool with salt water, a covered terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue and lounge furniture. A swing is located on the elevated terrace. The special features of this beautiful villa are the modern pool with counter-current system and hydromassage, an extremely large well-kept garden and panoramic sea views. There is parking space for two vehicles in the courtyard. It consists of an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with large sliding doors leading directly to the terrace and the pool. In the second part of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area and offer wonderful views.
