### Picturesque flat with Mediterranean garden, baby cot, washing machine, terrace - dog-friendly

The flats are located on the edge of the suburb of Spadici near Porec, 2 km from the city centre. Materada beach with sports facilities and restaurants is a 15-minute walk away. The house has a total of 2 holiday flats and a landscaped, fenced garden. The landlord lives on the 1st floor and there is a covered car park in the courtyard.  
This holiday flat for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor of the house on an area of 45m2 and consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed and dining table, kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and terrace and a bathroom with shower/WC. The best thing about this flat is the covered terrace with garden furniture and a view of the well-tended garden.
