The owner lives on the ground floor and parking is in the front of the house. There are two apartments in the house each for 4 persons. Apartment Samara 2 for 4 persons with a surface of 50m2 is located on the 1st floor and consist of a living area, kitchen with dining table, two sleeping rooms and bath with shower/toilet.
