Facilities include a living/dining room with a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the garden and terrace, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and WC, plus a separate WC. The covered terrace is equipped with cosy patio furniture, ideal for relaxing hours outdoors.

    Outside, guests have access to a fenced garden with lawn, orchard, sunbathing area, a communal pool (9 x 4 m with salt water, usable from 01.04. to 18.10.), garden furniture, a communal barbecue and a private car park. An oasis that invites you to linger and forget the stress of everyday life. There is also a playground for our younger guests, which promises fun and adventure.

    The surrounding area of the Lorena residence invites you to explore its diversity: shopping facilities are just 150 metres away - including LIDL, Kaufland, Müller, BIPA and Eurospin. Restaurants are just 250 metres away. For swimming and beach lovers, there is a lido just 2.5 km away. In addition, the surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as fishing, mountain biking, cycling tours, sailing and much more, ensuring a varied stay.
