The Carla holiday home is located in a quiet part of Porec, in the Cimizin settlement, a 10-minute walk from Pical beach and the city center. The house has 2 floors and has its own garden with a barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers available for guests to use. The house has been renovated, in front of the house there is parking for 2 cars. The total area is 125m2 for 2-4 people. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with access to a terrace with seating set and a garden which also has seating, barbecue, bench and sun loungers, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with seating, and one air-onditioned with a french bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The house has wireless internet access and air conditioning, all included in the price of accommodation. The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and yard are exclusively available to guests. Pets are welcome. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und stilvoll, was das Haus unglaublich gemütlich und einladend macht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Betten, die außergewöhnlich bequem sind und uns erholsame Nächte beschert haben. Die Vermieterin ist ein absoluter Schatz – herzlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Sie hat uns großartige Tipps für Restaurants, Unternehmungen und die besten Plätze am Meer gegeben. Alles war genau so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wurde.
