The flat is located in the heart of the historic old town of Porec, just 50 metres from the sea. The town's main square, restaurants, cafés and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is only 150 metres away, the beach with sports facilities and pine forest can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The flat is located in the pedestrianised area of the old town. A parking space is available in the nearby municipal car park (approx. 700 m away).  
  
This holiday flat is a luxurious, newly furnished holiday flat for 4 people with a living space of 65 m2 on 2 floors. The living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa as well as the bathroom with shower/WC are located on the 1st floor. Directly at the entrance there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a view of the lively street with many tourists and wine bars. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a sea view. Both floors are air-conditioned.
