This residence is located in the district of Mali Maj, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location and its facilities make it an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 open pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several covered parking spaces for common use.
This holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 1st floor with a living space of 75 m2. It consists of a kitchen-living room with satellite TV and access to the balcony with garden furniture, a fitted kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with bath/WC.
