The residence is located in the Mali Maj district, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location and is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec thanks to its facilities. All holiday flats are new and modernly furnished. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several covered parking spaces for common use. This holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 2nd floor on the pool side and has a living area of 80 m2. It consists of an eat-in kitchen with access to the large terrace overlooking the garden and pool, a fitted kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt, das Quartier sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Vermieter äußerst freundlich – also 5 Sterne – einziger Abzug sind Kleinigkeiten, wie leere Batterien in der Uhr oder Markisenfernbedienung. Ich dachte auch aufgrund der Bilder vom Pool, dass auch Handtücher für das Schwimmen angeboten werden, das war allerdings nicht so.
