Casa Rita Porec is a delightful one-storey holiday home located just 1.5 km from the bustling town centre of Porec and 2 km from the beach. The villa is set in private, fenced grounds with a refreshing swimming pool, ideal for a cosy dip on warm days. The outdoor area is a true oasis with a covered terrace and a brick barbecue overlooking the pool, perfect for al fresco dining. A second covered area with comfortable chairs invites you to relax with a drink and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Inside, the air-conditioned living area is designed for comfort and style, with a leather sofa and an open-plan layout that includes the kitchen and dining area, both overlooking the pool, and the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a pleasure. Porec is within easy walking distance. There is a restaurant just 300 metres away and a shop 500 metres from the house. Explore the lively stone streets and cosy restaurants of the old town and visit the impressive Basilica of Euphrasia, a masterpiece from the 6th century. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer reinen Wohngegend. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Und vor allem die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir verbrachten hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen.
