It consists of a living ,dining , kitchen area, one bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms- one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
The apartmet is on higher ground floor.
In front of the apartment there is a large covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sahe. The garden at the front bellongs to the apartment and at the side there is a part of the garden with shared pool. The pool is shared with Apartment Panous II which is on the other side of the building.
There is a private parking in the garden.
The closest beaches are in Porec, Spadici, Merea beach by Valamar, cca 4 km from the apartment.
The nearesr restaurant ( Marina restaurant) and shop are in Kukci, cca 1 km from the apartment.
