"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

Good Ski/Snowboard set up with rental shop in the lobby (very reasonable priced) and a ski-room for storage. Location is good, short walk to town and Termy spa. Wider Zakopane - snow wasnt great and the ski areas by the hotel (Kasprowy Wierch) were mostly closed (not great for early feb) - we typically travelled to Białka Tatrzańska which was better. Uber Ski is a good service. NB take Cash if you want to split the bills at local restuarants! "

"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "
