You will stay in one half of a newly built, certified low-energy duplex house while your hosts, the Kirsch family, occupy the other half. The apartment features a private well-equipped kitchen combined with the living and dining area, with high ceilings ensuring optimal room climate. Mountain views and step-free access enhance your comfort. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, washer, dryer, and a baby bed.



You can relax on the large shared uncovered terrace and explore the shared garden area. An EV charger is available for electric vehicles.



Shared parking is provided at the property. You are welcome to bring your pets during your stay. Events are not allowed on the property.

Nearby attractions include the Black and Red Moors, outdoor pools, Guckaisee lake, and much more.
