    Cosy holiday home “Haus Husen” (built ca. 1860), featuring a traditional thatched roof, with approx. 220 m² spread over 2 levels (ground floor, upper floor) and accommodating up to 8 people (recommended occupancy: max. 7 adults). Located in an idyllic and peaceful natural setting in Poppenbüll on the Binnendeich. This holiday home is particularly notable for its picturesque setting amidst nature and its view into the distance. Up to two dogs are welcome upon prior notice.

    1. Kitchen (ID 431) with every conceivable amenity (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), kitchen island with two bar stools, and a table with 3 chairs. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
    2. Kitchen (ID 432) with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Utility cabinet with a vacuum cleaner.
    Both kitchens offer direct access to the furnished east-facing garden terraces with a view of the marshlands. A washing machine is available free of charge in both kitchens.

    Separate dining room (ID 431) with a dining table, cosy benches, and an armchair, seating a total of 7 people. The dining room features a B&O soundbar.

    1st living room (ID 431) with a sofa set and a TV (satellite) with a Blu-ray player and a Bluetooth sound system.

    Bedding is provided. Towels can be booked as an add-on. Smoking is not permitted. This property is not suitable for people with pet dander allergies.

    NOTE: Barbecues and open fires are prohibited due to the thatched roof. Very steep stairs to the upper floor.

Gemischte Erfahrungen - Traumlage trifft auf RenovierungsstauLage und Außenbereich: Die ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses (Teile: Renate und Heini) ist wirklich ein Highlight. Der wunderschöne Blick auf die Weide mit Rindern und die absolute Ruhe (abgesehen von gelegentlichen tollen, lauten Vogelschwärmen) schaffen eine traumhafte Urlaubsatmosphäre.Obergeschoss: Wer die steile Treppe einmal überwunden hat, wird mit zwei sehr schön renovierten, modernen und hellen Doppelschlafzimmern belohnt. Diese bieten einen tollen Blick in den Garten und auf den Deich. Internet und Mobilfunk: Das beworbene WLAN war eine absolute Katastrophe - nur 5 MB/s Download, 1 MB/s Upload mit ständigen Ausfällen. Kaum Mobilfunknetz. Innenausstattung: Das Haus roch bei der Ankunft stark muffig und wirkte dunkel. Der gesamte Renate-Bereich, das Heini-Wohnzimmer und alle Bäder wirken stark veraltet und entsprechen dem Stil von vor 30 Jahren. Die Beleuchtung ist völlig unzureichend - besonders in der Küche fehlt Licht über der Arbeitsfläche, im Wohnzimmer wird es nicht richtig hell. Die extrem steile Treppe ist für ältere Menschen und Kinder absolut ungeeignet und gefährlich. Man muss den Kopf einziehen und eine Art Hühnerleiter hochsteigen.Ausstattung: Die Gartenmöbel sind baufällig. Fahrradabstellplatz nur draußen und ohne Möglichkeit zum abschließen.
