The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 44 m² studio for rent in Pontivy, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 40 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a sleeping area, a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included—we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the ground floor  
\- A 40 m² living room with high ceilings, TV, double sofa bed, and dining area   
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.  
\- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet  
  
On the mezzanine:   
\- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)   
  
The studio is ideally located in Pontivy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
