It’s fine, nice property with a rooftop eating area and great views of the city in all directions. Staff were helpful. Our room did have some plumbing issues with the shower constantly changing temperature dramatically every few seconds (every shower for 4 nights and three family members) and a toilet that had difficulty flushing fully. But overall no real problems, would stay there again.

I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients.
I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.

"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it! The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance! Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use! This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel! I definitely won’t be a returning ..."

"Had to book last minute and staff were extremely accommodating, let me practice speaking Italian with them with patience (hard to find in Roma haha)! and held my bags with care. Keep in mind it’s a bit far from the city center but aside from that I had a lovely stay! I would recommend it."
