Beautiful house and perfect for our stay! The house was extremely well equipped and we really enjoyed having an area downstairs for the kids to hang out, and an area upstairs for the adults. We would definitely book this house again for our next beach stay!

This is the perfect vacation home. We stayed for TPC and it was the perfect location. Not too far from the course and not too far from st Augustine. Very nice property. Highly recommend.

Great place for family with older children

We had a great stay at this property. The beach is literally outside the door and the pool table provided endless entertainment for our older kids and us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise together. The property is about 20 minutes away from downtown St Augustine which worked great for us. We spent a day there and then enjoyed the seclusion of the property for the rest of our stay

This beach house is everything you could dream of and more. Steps to the beach, fully stocked house with towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs/toys! Just bring yourself and your bathing suit! A short drive to the beautiful St Augustine downtown area. This house was perfect with the layout for two families. We had people and teens of all ages and everyone had the best vacation. This home was exactly as advertised and nicely situated on the ocean between Ponte Vedra Beach and Vilano Beach. Ample parking. The home was clean, convenient, and a great spot for a large family to gather! The kids had a blast in the lower walkout level with pool table and beach access. We would highly recommend this home.

The house is very nice. Loved the beach decor. The kitchen is the best equipped in any house we’ve rented. The only issue we had was the huge jetted tubs in the bathroom. Getting in to take a shower was an ordeal.

This home is really set apart from many I have stayed at on Ponte vedra Beach over the years. The owners are professional, lovely and wonderful in every way, and the house reflects their heart.
