THIS HOME IS ALSO LOCATED JUST 20 MINUTES SOUTH OF COVETED GOLF IN PONTE VEDRA. NOT ONE DETAIL IS SPARED IN THIS FULLY FURNISHED, FULLY FUNCTIONAL HOME. NEW FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THIS PROPERTY BOASTS ALL NEW FURNITURE WITH CABLE AND WIFI. THE DECK FEATURES BRAND NEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS AND A NEW PROPANE WEBER GRILL.
