"The room was clean and cozy"

"In March I booked stay for one night at Bleis in May but I realized soon I could not make it from the airport before the reception closed. I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning. They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund. I had to book a other hotel to...

"It was a trial finding the apartment, the link in the booking website took us to a different, Google maps then took us to another place, eventually the agent dropped us a pin to the actual apartment, so probably just cut out all the messing around and get the agent to drop you a pin to the apartment location. The apartment had a strange odour of pumpkins!"

"This a very clean and well managed hotel. It is very modern and the rooms are huge with great AC. Breakfast is worth the extra charge and staff is amazing. Just a short scenic walk from the train station."
