Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, parking on the premises. Renovated in 2007, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Recommended occupancy with 4 persons until 01.06. and from 01.10. as limited heating in outbuilding depending on weather conditions.
