"Amazing from the moment of booking! Bieby was very helpful and communicative leading up to our stay. Our room was beautiful and had the most amazing views. The spa facilities were wonderful and I would definitely recommend the inner calm massage! The relaxation room had a range of refreshments and also had lovely views of nature to enjoy while we used the loungers. Staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options for me as a vegan. We’ll definitely look to stay here again!"

"Room was clean and comfortable but quite dark as there was not a lot of natural light. Staff were very friendly and gave us complimentary drinks for our anniversary."

"Check in was great. Allowed to the room early. Check out day was not so good. Check out is 12. We were showering and the cleaner knocked and walked in at 10.30 then a maintenance man knocked at 11 wanting to come in. The bar staff were not helpful and no room tab was allowed. Not a smile in sight. Lovely spa area and maintained well. Plenty of towels provided. But only 4 very old saggy loungers. People had to sit on the floor. Room for more or at least some chairs."

"Very average hotel. I paid for parking and still got a fine from parkingeye. Hopefully hotel will sort it"

"Loved the bone china teacups in the rooms and at breakfast. The hotel also had parking which is rare in a city location"
