"We had a restful stay in Victor's guest house! It was private and safe with all the essentials. The location was perfect for exploring the entire island. Fresh linens were provided. The patio is perfect for coffee or an evening beverage. Victor warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was available if needed. "

"This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

There was no Mountain View.The interior smell of mold and mildew. there was visible mold around some of the baseboards. there was extremely large stain in the bathtub that was covered with plastic. "The staff was superb, the hotel always clean, beds comfortable, really good breakfast with excellent coffee options. Front desk staff friendly and welcoming. Meat is situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada, Marina, Mall, bakeries, restaurants, food vendors etc. Exceptionally reasonable with all the amenities and access of the finest sites on the island. Some say, well they don’t have a pool, however Ponta Delgada has gorgeous pools by the ocean and it’s a 5 minute walk. Can’t wait to return!!"
