- in Pont Saint Esprit, ideally located at the crossroads of Gard (Pont du Gard and Cévennes), Ardèche (Gorges de l'Ardèche), Vaucluse (Festival d'Avignon) and Drôme (Grignan), charming villa new quiet area, 180m2, 3000m2 of fenced wooded grounds with landscaped garden and breathtaking view of the vineyard, its entire terraces of 130 m2, large shaded terrace of 100m2, 9x5 fenced pool with submerged beach, 2 car shelter, 1km from downtown and countryside
it is important to specify that the villa is almost on one level. indeed all the main rooms are on the ground floor: kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets. access to the first floor is only a sitting area with sofas and desk; therefore an infant may be prohibited.
