"The front desk is far too small for a hotel of this size, and there were not enough staff available to assist guests. It was especially crowded around check-in time, and my room was not ready until after 3:00 p.m. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The room was large enough that we were able to stay comfortably despite some of the other shortcomings. However, the amenities were very limited. The body wash and hand soap were the same product, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, which was disappointing. Overall, the room size, cleanliness, and location were good, but the limited amenities and understaffed front desk could definitely be improved."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient. My husband I stayed here twice within 1 month on our first trip to Paris and we will go back. Beautiful rooms and excellent hospitality!"

"Overall we appreciated the size of our executive room and the amenities such as a kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The housekeeping was reliable. We did not like how the check in is at 4pm (a recent change apparently). This leads to many arriving guests waiting in a very warm lobby with limited seating. Not a pleasant experience. Staff are more task oriented than people oriented. Some staff members were more friendly than others. Be aware that this hotel is not technically in Le Marais (3rd and 4th arrondissement) but just outside in 11th arrondissement."

"Everything about the hotel and our stay was magnificent. Nicolas the concierge was particularly helpful when our train was cancelled at the last minute (due to heat) for our day trip from Paris. Outside of his scheduled work hours, he contacted a private driver to help us. This day trip turned out to be remarkable in every way and we would not have experienced it without the help of Nicolas."
