I had my elderly parents with me driving 8 hours. 2 hours before arriving they called to tell me they were overbooked. They had found an alternative stay for me which charged me $65 a night for parking, had 2 separate rooms with no kitchen or living safe. And to top it off, we did not receive any type of refund!!!!!!
