The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the host was nice enough to pick us up around the corner of the place because it can be a little difficult to locate the first time. Very nice set up! There was a misunderstanding about the hot tub; we thought it was included in the stay, but it was 20 euros extra, & 5 euros extra to use the robe! When we found the robe(due to looking for a first aid kit) I contacted Roberta if we were able to purchase the robe. My son & I texted her for a 1/2 an hour, as she wouldn’t answer our question; but yet seemed to reprimand us for using robe & telling us extra use of towels cost more. We felt she didn’t understand English too well. Also, seemed to not have a first aid kit. If you rent a place in Italy, & the host states they know English & Italian; it is more likely not the case & can be difficult to get questions answered! ##### Renee T. It worked generally well, but it is a bit difficult to find in the neighborhood. And we had a larger (for Europe) car that was a challenge getting in to the property for parking -- but in fairness, I am not sure that would have been different in most other places in the area. You do not have a private kitchen. It is shared with the other room renters. There was no hot tub included, you had to pay 20euro/person if you wanted to use it. If you have a vehicle larger than a smart car chances are you won't be able to park there. The host did find us parking which was a 7 minute walk from the place. The complex had construction going on which was really loud.
