Managers should be more observent of the condition of the rooms and address the issues with his/her staff regarding the cleaniness of the rooms !! Window area in the room was also disgusting. Certain areas of the room are neglected when it comes to cleaning. Never stayed at a Red Roof One Plus Inn before and won't again. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating, but we had to move rooms initially because the AC was making an awful noise and toilet was running nonstop. The second room we were moved to was better but smelled like mildew. We were only there for a night before a cruise so I did not use any amenities or have breakfast. "

I was told the first day that I checked in that it would not be a problem that I had to make separate reservations for each night. I was not happy. I will not be back. Neither will I use Hotels.com.
