I even called the same night and advised them of the error, the font desk rep stated she would make the corrections and never did. I have left several messages for the manager, Jason and no call back yet. It's been over 30 days and I'm still waiting for my refund."

The second room we were moved to was better but smelled like mildew. We were only there for a night before a cruise so I did not use any amenities or have breakfast. "

They didn't offer anything special since we couldn't use the outdoor faciloties. Other resorts get creative to keep everyone happy due to bad weather. Pretty place, bad people. "
