Villa Infinity Pool: Cipresso Villa with History and a Breathtaking Infinity Pool Our holiday home Podere Palazzone – Toscana Autentica dates back to around the year 1600\. It hosts four holiday apartments, each 55 m² in size, styled in the typical antique Tuscan country house design. The "Cipresso" apartment features a bathroom and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two comfortable sofa beds (an extra bed can be provided upon request). The second bedroom also serves as a dining room with dining table and includes a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering, with dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. The entire rustico has been thoroughly renovated using reclaimed original materials. As a result, it still charms with its authentic vaulted ceilings made of traditional terracotta tiles in the apartment "Cipresso", with antique chestnut beams, a walk-in fireplace, and walls up to 1.5 meters thick, built from Tuscany’s characteristic beige sandstone. Many of these stones still bear visible fossils – remnants from a time when this area was still a seabed. From the "Cipresso" apartment, guests step out onto their spacious, covered private terrace with a dining table. This leads directly into the large park-like garden with majestic holm oaks and a lawn – the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, or let children play. Here, they can enjoy the stunning sunsets Tuscany is famous for, before the distant lights of the Etruscan city of Volterra begin to twinkle and the sky unveils a spectacular display of stars. The Mediterranean Sea welcomes you with sandy beaches and rocky coastlines stretching from Quercianella to Punta Ala (28–56 km), some of them proudly flying the “Bandiera Blu”. Holiday in Harmony with Nature Podere Palazzone – Toscana Autentica is also a small, family-run 3.5 ha organic farm with its own vegetable and herb garden. Don’t miss tasting our tomatoes—picked when perfectly ripe, red, juicy, aromatic, and with that earthy scent of grass and wet soil. As a true Tuscan farm, we also grow grapes and produce high-quality, hand-harvested organic extra virgin olive oil. Our eggs come from truly happy hens, who share the farm with our dogs, cats, and horses. Guests’ pets are also warmly welcome at no extra charge (within usual limits).
