We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. "The unit was very clean. It had everything needed for an awesome stay. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close. Across the street from the ocean. Loved being on the ground floor. I would stay here again."

"Casual with a great location on Kawai. We had a Pleasant short walk to the shore. The first day, my wife and I walked down to the beach for sunset. As we approached the beach, saw a whale breaching just offshore. I saw only the big splash. She was a lucky lady!"

"Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our host was very friendly, checked us in personally and showed us all the beach toys we could use--towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, masks/snorkels. A lot of useful gear. "Wonderful, lowkey place to stay on Kauai’s north shore. The host was very communicative and helpful. The previous concerns about mold were not an issue and the host has replaced the shower curtain. The hot tub, pool, and designed parking were a big plus. Would definitely stay here again in the future given the convenient location, proximity to beaches and retail, etc! "

"It’s close to the conference center, where we were exhibiting. It’s essentially a large studio with full kitchen. It all feels a bit run down (my shower head just wouldn’t stay up, older towels, saggy mattress, curtains that don’t fully close, could use a better paint job). There’s plenty of things in cupboards (I assume leftover shower stuff, beach things) that are greet to have. It was great value for the time I was there so I’d likely book again."

"Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host."

"If you're looking for a no frills beach bungalow, this is the place for you. I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. I especially loved the lobby/office kitty that greeted me upon arrival with purrrrs and greeted me again at check-out. It had a warm and pleasant atmosphere filled with Aloha.🌺"

"This is more of a quiet area and has way more plants than the other hotels which made me feel more relaxed. We only called the hotel twice and maintenance came super fast and fixed everything. Loved how there is 2 pools, one big main one and one smaller with a hot tub. There’s a cafe on the beach side that is 10000/10 best spot to eat. I would def recommend, the room was super spacious as well, very private balcony "

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...
