Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal bemüht, leider dem Ansturm von vielen Gästen oder größeren Gruppen, die zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken, nicht immer gewachsen. Da verschiedene Personen zuständig sind für Aufnahme der Getränke oder Eierspeisen. Bei vielen Leuten konnte auch das Buffet nicht immer gleich nachbestückt werden (Teller, Essen etc.), daher entweder nicht zu den Stoßzeiten frühstücken gehen oder etwas Zeit...
