You cross the street to the pier that is known for the sunsets and sunrises. Marina is within walking distance. Property was very well kept. Two king beds. Wifi was not working, which meant no TV as it is a smart TV that needs wifi. I appreciate his speedy replies! The townhouse was the perfect size and location for us. My mother came with us and she uses a walker, the townhouse had only one small curb from the parking area. We loved that her bedroom was right across from the bathroom. The bed was too high for her to get into alone though. My dad loved walking on the trails around the lakefront. Lakefront with an amazing view of mountains too. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and looked to be recently remodeled and updated. We had an issue with the A/C unit during our stay. I messaged Tony that evening and he had someone out early the next day. A part had to be ordered to repair the A/C so he had a portable unit delivered quickly so we had A/C again. Even with ear plugs we had a hard time sleeping with the noise above us. All hard floors and normal walking sounds really loud. Advise an upper unit. We used this as our home base and it was easy to get to nearby beaches and parks. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable.
