Located in Polpenazze del Garda, this gorgeous apartment provides a comfortable holiday base from which couple-friendly groups of 4-6 can savour some alfresco dinner parties, relax by the pool and reach the local cultural highlights and activities of Lake Garda.  
  
Internally, the 1st floor air-conditioned retreat provides guests with a carefree holiday layout, comprising of a modern living space with a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV, a modern kitchen diner and a double sofa bed. Glazed doors also lead out onto a private balcony terrace, for an effortless summertime flow. A spacious master double bedroom with balcony access is accompanied by a 2nd couple-friendly double bedroom and a modern fitted shower room with washing machine.  
  
Outside, the private covered balcony terrace is furnishe with a stylish sitting area. The 2-storey residence offers communal access to a sunny landscaped garden with two outdoor swimming pools (open 15 May – 30 September / Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory). Public resident parking is also within easy reach, for guests bringing a car (just outside the residence)  
From its town location in Polpenazza del Garda, the local amenities are 3-7 minutes’ walk away. A host of local Lake Garda attractions and resorts are also within easy driving distance (4-10 minutes’ drive away), whilst Gardagolf country club is 5 minutes’ drive away.

Culture fans will reach the local highlights of ‘Lucone di Polpezze’ archeological site (15 minutes’ walk), Soiano castle (4 minutes’ drive) and the Valtenesi Civic archaeological museum (12 minutes’ drive).   
  
Also within easy driving distance, guests will reach the Lake Garda resorts of Manerba del Garda (10 minutes’ drive), Padenghe sul Garda (10 minutes), Desenzano del Garda (17 minutes), Sirmione (40 minutes) and the cosmopolitan city of Verona (52 minutes). Families and adrenaline junkies will reach the top amusement parks of Lake Garda within36-42 minutes’ drive away. For those flying in, Verona Villafranca airport is 44 minutes’ drive away.
