Great location in a forested neighborhood. House was spotless and appeared to be almost new. My only issue is the if you don’t buy the damage insurance, you are required to put up a very large security deposit, 5 days after stay I contacted Vrbo and was told it will be another 2 to 3 weeks for it to be refunded. I was informed by Vrbo that it is the owner’s discretion to charge and the amount of deposit. In this era of add ons and additional fees this is leaving me with a sour taste.
