The cosy country house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. One room is equipped with a 135 cm bed and a private terrace. Right next door is a full bathroom. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with two single beds of 90 cm each and another bedroom on the mezzanine floor with two single beds and bathroom en suite with bathtub. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living-dining room with Smart TV, a large dining table for up to 6 people, a separate kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, coffee maker and a separate storage room. The highlight of the well-kept holiday home is the quiet outdoor area with the beautiful Mediterranean garden and various seating areas to linger. The pool is 7 by 3 metres and 1 to 2 metres deep. The barbecue house with a large seating area makes the outdoor experience perfect. There is also an outdoor bathroom next to the pool. For the more Athletic guests, there is also a table tennis table. Smoking is allowed outdoors Air conditioning available 24 hours Pool dimensions 3x7m / Depth max: 1.9m /Depth min:1.3m Fiber optic Internet The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving. IMPORTANT! In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory. Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. VAT and final cleaning included. Events are not allowed. Location In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday. The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença. Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. It is big enough for playing football with active children, has an outdoor kitchen and a fantastic pool. The basketball hoop and the table tennis table were also brilliant. (There are only 2 table tennis bats- we had not expected any, though, and taken extra). The villa provided pool towels as well as bath towels (we took our own beach towels) and although we did not spend much time indoors was lovely there, too. A highlight was being able to walk into the main square in 30 minutes for dinner- so much choice. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im charmanten Städtchen Pollença oder am Hafen. Auch ein kleiner, sehr schöner Strand ist nur etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Finca selbst ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, und die Betten mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Einzig in den Bädern hätten wir uns etwas mehr Haken oder Ablagefläche gewünscht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war schnell und zuverlässig. Eine defekte Spülmaschine wurde sofort gemeldet – bereits am nächsten Tag stand ein Ersatzgerät zur Verfügung. Sehr guter Service! Der Garten und der Poolbereich sind liebevoll angelegt und bieten viele gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Besonders die Außenküche mit Kühlschrank sowie das zusätzliche Badezimmer direkt am Pool sind ein echtes Highlight und sorgen für extra Komfort. Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Ausflüge waren sehr schön. Pollenca ist eine schöne Stadt. All in ein toller Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Peter ---
