Staying at Villa Bauza, located in the area of Aumadrava, Pollensa, you'll have the facilities of the old town as well as the beachfront resort of Puerto Pollensa all at your fingertips! Surrounded by open countryside, with distant views of the Tramuntana Mountains, this impressive 3 bedroom villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday. The villa has a splendid garden and private pool, with air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi included.  
  
Located in the area of Aumadrava, on the outskirts of Pollensa, Villa Bauza is a short drive from the old town as well as the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town has a number of authentic Spanish restaurants, whereas Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca) has a more contemporary ambience with a number of chic seafront bistros. There is also a beautiful, large sandy beach here and a selection of beachwear shops. Golf courses, a waterpark and a number of attractions and places to visit are all within easy reach.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.  
  
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
