Located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, it’s just 2 km from the center of Puerto Pollensa, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and beaches. The newly built house features a living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a double bedroom with independent access to the garden, a versatile chill-out space in the loft, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large windows fill the house with light and offer pleasant views of the garden and mountains. Free Wi-Fi, TV in both the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning and heating in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The picturesque garden has a large lawn and many plants. There’s a pool and a sun terrace with loungers and outdoor furniture. You’ll also find a barbecue and a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining area. Private parking is available on the property.
