Its privileged location allows you to enjoy the traditional atmosphere of the village while still offering a peaceful and welcoming setting. Villa Irina – Updates available from March 2026 to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable: • Air conditioning: All bedrooms and the living room will include hot/cold air conditioning, available to use at any time during the day and night. • More sunbeds for everyone: The pool area will now feature six sunbeds, so the entire group can relax together by the poolside. • Decorative updates: Several decorative elements are being refreshed to create a more pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience at Villa Irina. The exterior of the property maintains the characteristic style of Mallorcan houses and offers a lovely garden with a private pool, creating a serene atmosphere ideal for guests seeking nature while staying close to the village centre. On the main floor, there is a bright living room thanks to its large windows. It features two comfortable sofas and a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed environment. From here, you can access a small balcony overlooking the garden and pool. This floor also includes a guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to cook comfortably and has direct access to the upper terrace and barbecue area. The house provides free unlimited WiFi. The main terrace, next to the kitchen, includes a dining area and a built-in barbecue, ideal for preparing meals outdoors. There is also an exterior bathroom with shower, perfect after swimming in the pool. From this terrace, a staircase leads down to the pool, surrounded by natural stone pavement and a garden filled with flowers and trees. The house features three bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom decorated in soft tones with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The villa had 3 good sized bedrooms (one on-suite) with a bathroom shared with the other two. There was a further shower room with toilet off the outside veranda and a toilet off the main lounge. A large garage is on the ground floor which is ideal if you want to store hire bikes/car. The other rooms are on the first floor up a flight of steps from the main entrance. The property is located along a fairly narrow street network that larger taxis can't get along so worth bearing in mind. There is a local shop nearby that is open most mornings for essentials and a bigger Eroski supermarket a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of space for 5\. Decent size pool and sunbed area. Very clean . Everything you could need was provided. Location for town is brilliant - the guide states "2 min walk" and it is !! Only 2 small things! We found it difficult to find a "local" recyling/rubbish disposal point without trekking across town. A guidance note in the villa guide would help. Secondly, we arrived late on a Sunday with no idea where shops were and no looroll in the villa ! Sehr schönes Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz zum Erholen. Wer erstmal in den Gassen der Altstadt ( Achtung!! Im Sommer ist der Pool sicher ein Highlight, für uns im Oktober aber leider schon nicht mehr nutzbar, weil er leider nicht beheizt ist. Das Willkommenspaket ist eine sehr süße Aufmerksamkeit. Das Dörfchen ist zu Fuß sehr schön zu erkunden, alle Besorgungen können Vorort erledigt werden.... Fazit: Wir waren zum 1\. Aber nicht zum letzten Mal da !!!
