On this serene plot of 4,000 square meters tucked away in the mountains outside Pollensa, be the master of your own holiday. A glistening private, saltwater pool (6m x 12m, 0.6, to 1.8m in depth) reflects the beaming sun as sun loungers provide a place to dry off after an afternoon swim. Prep a poolside snack in your covered kitchen area with outdoor dining facilities like a barbecue and dining table. The 300-square-meter villa features everything you would find at home including a kitchen suite with terrace access and a walk-in utility room; a breakfast area; a large dining room/lounge with two sets of glass double doors that lead out onto the rear terrace; and a guest toilet. The ground floor also features a twin bedroom (two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom and double doors leading out into the garden. Once up the stairs, the first floor houses a second twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room and access to a balcony, and the third bedroom with a 2m-double bed, balcony access, and a full ensuite bathroom. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. Guests at this superb villa are never too far from local amenities and attractions, such as Pollença (4.2km), Puerto Pollença (4.5km), and Cala St. Vicente (7.2km).
