SUARI. Traditional Majorcan villa

Villa Suari is situated in a tranquil countryside location just a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa.



This two storey villa has been furnished in local traditional Majorcan style. The main entrance door leads into a spacious combined living/dining room with wood beamed ceiling. There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair for those who wish to relax and watch TV, and also a dining table and chairs.



From here there is a large separate kitchen furnished in dark wood and has a breakfast table and door to the rear terrace. There is a gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.



A staircase from the lounge/dining area leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located; there are two twin bedrooms with beamed ceilings and views over the countryside and a further double bedroom and one single room. All the bedrooms share two full bathrooms.



Outside there is a furnished and covered terrace with built in barbeque and views over the pool, and beyond the the Puig de María mountain next to Pollensa and the higher peaks behind.



Finally, it has to be pointed out that this property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Fijn huis, goede locatie

Locatie en ligging van het huis zijn uitstekend, heel mooie buitenruimte, binnen ook OK maar kon netter. Keukengerei was een beetje groezelig, badkamer beneden kon ook netter. Maar alles in acht genomen, leuk huis!

Wir waren erschrocken

Der „checkin“ lief sehr lieblos. Das Haus war geöffnet und die Schlüssel lagen auf dem Tisch. Wir versuchten vorher mehrere Tage Informationen zur Anreise zu erhalten aber erhielten wenig klare Anweisung. Backofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine waren so verdreckt, dass sie nicht benutzbar waren. Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Das ganze Haus riecht sehr muffig. Der Geruch verschwand auch nach tagelangem Lüften nicht. Decken und Kissen stanken. Matratzen extrem durchgelegen und gelb. Die Kleiderschränke stanken so, dass man seine Klamotten nicht reinhängen wollte. Badezimmerabflüsse mit Haaren und Amateuren sehr schmutzig. Im ganzen Haus waren Ameisen. Dies scheint bekannt zu sein, denn es standen Fallen. Das einzig positive zu sagen, Außenanlagen waren wie auf den Fotos und gefielen uns gut. Alles andere war einfach nur niederschmetternd für einen Familienurlaub.
