Villa Casa Coronel Aloy is located in the north of the Balearic Islands, in the middle of the narrow streets of the romantic town of Pollença. The modernly furnished holiday home has a stylish living room with a dining area, a bright, well-equipped kitchenette with a second dining table and a couch, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is the furnished rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking view over the roofs of the village and the mountain panorama in the background. Great location
The best thing about this property is its location so near the heart of the town and to be able to pop out in the evening for tapas or whatever. The roof terrrace would be lovely in summer but it was too cold for us to use and the sunshade flapping about in the wind all night kept us awake. The top floor kitchen and sitting room is lovely too but very cold - we will remember sitting in our coats wrapped in a blanket watching TV! The rest of the house is rather uninspiring - utilitarian rather than charming, though the garage a major plus. The check in process via an app was rather annoying. There was a glitch which meant our details weren't recorded in the right place and we were bombarded with requests to fill it in even though we had already done it. Nonetheless less we had an enjoyable stay, thank you.
