Hotel very clean Reception staff in particular very nice . Cleaners very good . Only stayed three nights and room only basis as there are lots of restaurants and bars / coffee shops nearby. Ideal for what I needed .

enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and exceptional warm and helpful staff. One major improvement could be a topper and linens to ensure the two pushed together single beds stay as one double/queen size bed. It was rather uncomfortable with a gap in the bed. Balcony was a big bonus at this hotel. Location perfect.

The hotel is a very convenient and the staff are very helpful. the room was clean and the noise from outside was not too intrusive despite a loud bar on the street. The rooms and breakfast was fairly basic, but it was all pretty much as promised.

A little bit of heaven

This was my third stay at the Mar Calma hotel in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel’s in a great central location, the staff are super friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are lovely with extremely comfortable beds. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

A very pleasant stay!

Was made to feel very welcome straight from check in. Found all the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be very accommodating. The room was very clean, although been next to main bars was quiet when doors closed

The hotel was close to the pier. Most of the pictures on the app are from the pool. Room was clean but chips and scuffs aplenty. The staff was super friendly. The only discomfort was the doors. You had to pull or push on your room doors really hard to get them to close. This is really loud when you come in at tnighr and your neighbors are all having the same issue.

Property was just fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful to us during our stay. We had a fantastic room with wrap around balcony. The room was very light and airy and very spacious. Impeccable cleaning services and fantastic location. All in all, it was a fantastic stay at Mar Calma and we will be absolutely be back! Thank you!

Great location, good hotel lots around.

Lovely hotel nice & central with free car parking a less than 5 mins walk away. Close to the beaches, marina & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good, not a huge choice but plenty for most people. Only niggle for us was we had the private terrace option which wasn't private at all & 3 times we found people using our beds on our "private" terrace right outside our doors, which was annoying. Not sure it was worth the extra as everyone else used it!

From the moment I entered the property to the time that I left, I felt welcomed, relaxed and safe, which was just what I needed in order to decompress after a busy business conference in Madrid. This boutique hotel is located one short block off the center of town for shopping, restaurants and strolling along the water. I would come back again. PS. I believe I was given the largest room in the hotel, and I am guessing other rooms on the other floors were quite a bit smaller.

Seemed nice, only slept there.

I checked din at 7pm, didn't really use or see any of the hotel, just the bed and shower. It is in a fantastic location (30m from port pollensa centre/waterfront), supermarket 100m. Was very beat tidy and good quality entrance and room Only thing that let it down for me was the shower was cold. Basin water was v hot, shower was not. Spent 15 mins wondering if I was using the controls wrong. Very frustrating. Usually I would go out early in the morning, come back for a shower and then check out. But as the shower was cold, I checked out at 8am, did not fancy another cold shower. After a day on the bike all I wanted was a nice warm shower and bed. Not 15 minutes trying to figure it out then a cold shower. Literally didn't even look around the hotel, so can't comment on it. The staff at check in and check out were v friendly and nice. The hotel looked very nice/classy and clean

Everything about this hotel is fantastic from start to finish - My daughter and I were here for a last minute weekend away for just 2 nights and we had such a fantastic stay. We were luckily able to check in around 10.30am and everything from the location, quality and friendliness of staff, excellent rooms was just wonderful. We have stayed here twice this year and will not hesitate to stay here again very soon. Thank you!
