High quality house with lovely pool

The house is in a great location for the beach, restaurants and visiting other towns. The house is high quality with a lovely pool and private outdoor space. Fernando was very helpful and provided guidance on the area and property. We had a super stay.

Amazing villa, fantastic location, perfect hosts

We have holidayed in Mallorca a few times now and this is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in.. On arrival we were greeted by Fernando and Xesca who showed us around their immaculate and extremely well appointed villa. Everything was beautifully presented- bedrooms were spacious, living space comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen was easy to negotiate and leads out to the patio which has several seating areas. The pool is situated on a raised terrace and was a pleasure to use. Even though the villa is not isolated it felt private and not overlooked. The outside area was well looked after, the garage had an extra fridge and freezer and there were inflatables and children’s toys provided. The communication from our hosts was incredible both before and during our stay, they were kind and understanding of our needs and offered a huge list of restaurants they recommend in the area and beyond. There were even some treats waiting for us when we got settled in. The villa has a beautiful outlook being situated opposite a forested hill. We had encounters with lots of wildlife- we could hear goats, spotted plenty of the famous lizards and even saw some Hummingbird Moths. The villa is a 5 minute walk from a variety of shops and restaurants all offering beautiful local food and drink. We would absolutely recommend the villa for a stay with or without children. Fernando and Xesca are lovely and we thank them for an enjoyable week. Cheers

Nice host couple with well-kept guesthouse

Communication with the host went smoothly in English. We were very nicely welcomed by Xesca in the house - she speaks only Spanish, but this was announced in advance. Even if you do not speak Spanish, everything is self-explanatory and a guide is also available with all the necessary information. As a welcome gift, the hosts provided, among other things, chilled water and fresh fruit. So that one could arrive relaxed after the arrival. Only the many mosquitoes have disturbed us in the house - mosquito nets were unfortunately not available. However, the mosquitoes are not related to the house but basically to the place, as it is very green. The greenery of the place can be admired directly from the house. The view from the street veranda is very nice directly into the green "tropical mountain forest". Who would like to make with pleasure vacation in the Cala San Vicente, is in this object with the whole family very well kept. We had a very pleasant stay overall.
