- The twin bedroom in the lower house has a sliding door to separate it from the living area
- There are 3 cats that live on the property grounds but do not go inside the house.
- Although the villa is a 15-minute stroll to the entrance of Pollensa and a further 10 minutes to the main square, we recommend a car for small errands and trips to the local beaches

The upper level features a comfy living room, a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area for group gatherings, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms. On the pool level, you'll find a separate villa apartment with a living and dining area, a small kitchen, and two more bedrooms with bathrooms. This setup offers even more flexibility and privacy for larger groups or families traveling together.

We had a glorious week at La Coma. You can easily walk into Pollenca (although early morning, in the evening only as it was v hot). The villa is very secluded, with wonderful views. We had adults downstairs and teen's upstairs and worked a treat. Rustic charm at its best.
