The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children. The holiday villa has a spacious, fully equipped independent kitchen that is very bright and leads to a beautiful and spacious living room with a dining area and television zone with comfortable sofas, from which you can access the lovely covered outdoor terrace with an outdoor dining area and a patio with garden and swimming pool. Facing us, we find a colourful single bedroom and a twin room with two comfortable beds, which share a spectacular family bathroom with a shower cabin with a screen and a beautiful classic-style bathtub with legs and floor-mounted taps. To the left and with direct access to the pool and the coffee and reading corner in the garden, is the spacious main double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower divided by a glass block wall. The chalet has a spacious car park for several vehicles and WiFi. IMPORTANT: \- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. \- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Dort halten sich einige niedliche Katzen auf,die es lieben gefüttert zu werden. Sie sind scheu aber werden dann zutraulicher. Der Pool war sehr sauber aber auch sehr chlorhaltig. Draußen fühlte man sich sehr wohl, was man vom Haus drinnen leider nicht behaupte kann. Es riecht feucht und muffig, mit einem Raumspray geht es dann. In der Küche fehlt es an Utensilien wie Besteck und andere Dinge. Die Spülmaschine spült nicht richtig, ist leicht defekt und man muss alles nachspülen. In den Badezimmern fehlt es an Ablageflächen, es befinden sich keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Duschen oder am Waschbecken. Das schlimme am Anbauzimmer ist, dass es schimmelt und auch so riecht. Das kommt wahrscheinlich durch das offene Badezimmer was nur mit einer spanischen Wand abgetrennt ist. Man hat vom Bett aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Toilette. Wenigstens war das Bett in diesem Zimmer mit einer neuen Matratze ausgestattet. Die Betten in den anderen Zimmern knarrten sehr laut wenn man sich darin bewegt hat. Es mangelte leider auch an Sauberkeit, man lebt dort im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes aus dem Koffer weil sich kein Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer befindet. Alles in allem haben wir das beste draus gemacht und den Urlaub in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend genießen dürfen. ##### Conny K. Es war sauber, manches ist aber in die Jahre gekommen.Die Lage: Völlig abgeschieden (Auto unbedingt nötig, ohne Guide nicht zu finden) zwischen anderen (ehemaligen) Bauerngehöften und Brachland - ruhig, wenn man von zeitweiligem Gebell der benachbarten Hunde und Eselsrufen und Hähnekrähen absieht. Pollensa, Alcudia und andere Orte sind aber in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Garten ist auch im Herbst blühend, es gibt viele nette Sitzecken rund um den riesigen Olivenbaum, der Blick fällt auf die Berge. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, aber sehr schlicht. Der Wohnraum ist behaglich, es gibt deutsches Fernsehen und einwandfreien WiFi-Empfang. Die Schlafräume im älteren Hausteil sind kleiner als erwartet, mit guten Matratzen, aber - für den Herbst - kargen Bettdecken. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurden aber umgehend warme Decken gebracht. Der große Schlafraum im Anbau ist durch das integrierte Bad oft feucht und (wegen Mücken und vieler niedlicher Katzen, die gern zu Besuch kommen) durch die Schiebetür schlecht zu lüften - da hilft nur die Klimaanlage. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus - im Herbst - etwas klamm und riecht auch ein bisschen so. Für einen Sommeraufenthalt ist die große überdacht-schattige Terrasse sicher ideal. Der Pool - kleiner als vom Bild her erwartet - wurde auch während unserer Anwesenheit durch den Besitzer gesäubert, das Wasser ist aber stark gechlort. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung durch eine Agentur (Mallorca Villa Selection) war hervorragend.
