The former fishing village of Cala St. Vincente offers cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, pharmacy and health center. Two bathing bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are only 400 m away from the apartment complex. The rocky foothills of the Tramuntana mountains fall to the right and left of the bathing bays into the sea and, depending on the position of the sun, immerse the surroundings in a new light. Apt. MEDIO ROSALES is on the ground floor and has a terrace with a view of the pool and further into the green surroundings. A large communal swimming pool with a children's pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with lots of sun loungers and sufficient parasols.
