This is a lovely traditional villa in the La Font area of Pollença, just one and a half kilometres from Pollença’s old town. The house offers a large living/dining room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the back of the house, there is a private garden where you can relax. The pool is surrounded by lawns and shaded by trees, and a covered terrace overlooks the garden and pool. There is also a barbecue. This is a great family villa with lots of Majorcan character. It is in a really good location, being only a short drive to Pollença, Puerto Pollença and the nearest beaches. Die Finca ist absolut gepflegt und sauber und wir wurden von Catalina und ihrem Mann sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Der Außenbereich und der Pool sind herrlich zum entspannen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Da wir einer der ersten Mieter im Frühjahr waren, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass alle Geräte inkl. der Klimaanlage vor Vermietung auf Funktionalität geprüft werden. Es war sehr kalt in den ersten Tagen dort und die Klimaanlage ist die einzige Heizmöglichkeit in den Schlafzimmern. Die Türen und Fenster lassen sich zum Teil schlecht oder nur lautstark öffnen und schließen. Vielleicht wäre ein neuer Herd ganz gut und ein zweiter Mülleimer, um die Mülltrennung zu vereinfachen. ##### Anja ---
