Beautiful Country House with Pool, Air-Conditioning and Garden; Parking Available

On the northern coast of Mallorca, a few kilometres northerly of the municipality of Pollença, the Finca Can Solivellas is situated in an absolutely quiet and idyllic environment. The Finca offers a living/dining room with characteristic roof beams, a very well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include air conditioning, satellite TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a brick barbecue and comfortable garden furniture under a covered terrace where you can eat together. The well-kept lawn and Mediterranean plants create an unforgettable holiday atmosphere and the pool, lined with sun loungers and umbrellas, promises relaxing, sunny days. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within 2.5 km or a 5-minute drive and the nearest beach, Playa de Cala Barques, is also 2.5 km away.

Haus in toller Lage

Pros: Das Haus hatte einen sehr schönen großen Pool und man kommt mit dem Auto auch in wenigen Minuten zum Meer. Etwas abgeschieden, herrlich ruhig und wunderschön grün. Cons: Ausstattung ist auf das Nötigste beschränkt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kein W-LAN (aber wussten wir ja vorher).
