This comfortable apartment is located in the small resort Los Pinos - a well-kept, modern house with a total of 16 units, in the beautiful bay of Cala St. Vincente - near Pollenca - in the northwest of the island.
The former fishing village of Cala St. Vincente has many cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, pharmacy and health center.
Two bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are only 400 m away from the apartment complex.
A large communal swimming pool with children's pool, is surrounded by a spacious terrace and many sun loungers and umbrellas.
Apt. MEDIO ADELFAZ is located on the ground floor and has a balcony overlooking the pool.
